Police Station in central old town, alongside Kingsway Road, next to the overhead pedestrian bridge and in front of the Municipal Multi-Story Car Park. The building is a single-story 1940s-50s construction, originally not air-conditioned.
It has been renovated multiple times since, for accommodation of modern amenities such as police radio upgrades, network upgrades, and air conditioning over the years. Being right next to the old town, the old police station is still a very busy place, with many people going directly there to make reports or to settle disputes, and police in patrol cars going through their routines daily.
