'Hawaii Beach' is a stretch of beach known for its beautiful location and blue calm seas, very popular with Mirians that is located at Kampung Bakam. The beach is about a 25 minute drive from Miri city center. The entrance is at Bakam village, and the entrance is through a wooden footbridge leads to the palm-fringed beach. Picnic and barbecue facilities can be provided for a small charge.

Marina Bay is a tourist attraction that is located on a patch of reclaimed land in the South China Sea and consists of commercial areas and tourist attractions in Miri.
