Pelita Commercial Center is a bustling and lively commercial area that offers a wide range of services and amenities to its visitors located at Jalan Miri-Pujut and Jalan Sehati. Constructed in the late 1980s and completed in the early 90s, this commercial area has become a popular entertainment hub at night and high-traffic commercial retail center with many types of businesses, including bakeries, multiple large hotels, supermarkets, general retail stores, bookstores, gift shops and cafés, restaurants, coffeeshops all within Pelita Commercial Center.

It is popular in the early morning for early breakfast as there are coffeeshops and eatery outlets that operate for morning office workers, and yet at night it is popular as well with entertainment and karaoke outlets that operate during the evening.

Miri Bypass Bridge

Miri Bypass Bridge is a bridge linking Permy directly to the bypass road to directly to Eastwood Industrial Area, Eastwood Golf Club, Miri Airport, or Taman Tunku. The bridge cut approximately 10 minutes of travel time from Permy area to Airport area simply by bypassing the rest of Miri via this route over the Miri River.
