One TT Commercial Center is located at the entrance to Taman Tunku, coined as "Business Gateway to Taman Tunku". The shophouses were completed in early 2017, and within are 29 lots of three-story shop lots. The commercial center features a large food court called Food Pavilion, and the supermarket Everwin is located in this commercial center. Parking is plentiful, and there is no parking charges imposed to parking here yet as of 2017.

Taman Seroja Food Center is located at Jalan Setia Raja. It is one of the older food centers in town selling muslim food and beverages and popular patronage among many Mirians.
