ParkCity Everly Hotel was a 4 Star Hotel located near Brighton beach and Marina Bay in Miri. The annual Borneo Jazz festival was held here every May at the hotel's Pavillion facility, but in recent years the Borneo Jazz moved to Coco Cabana.
Featuring a complete list of amenities, guests will find their stay at the property a comfortable one. To be found at the hotel are free Wi-Fi in all rooms, facilities for disabled guests, Wi-Fi in public areas, car park, room service. All rooms are designed and decorated to make guests feel right at home, and some rooms come with internet access – wireless, non smoking rooms, air conditioning, wake-up service, desk.

History
The building was built in early 1990 and was first known as Holiday Inn. By the early-2000s it became ParkCity Everly Hotel.
Closure
The hotel stopped operations in 2019. As of 2020, the building now sits empty awaiting its fate. It was unknown as to what the actual reason was, but one of the reasons being floated was that maintenance was too expensive to justify keeping it in operation, and the fierce competition from many new Hotels and Inns sprouting up in Miri in the later half of 2010s was the last straw that broke the camel's back.

Miri Bypass Bridge is a bridge linking Permy directly to the bypass road to directly to Eastwood Industrial Area, Eastwood Golf Club, Miri Airport, or Taman Tunku. The bridge cut approximately 10 minutes of travel time from Permy area to Airport area simply by bypassing the rest of Miri via this route over the Miri River. 
In the old days, a ferry allows commuters to cross the river from the town to the Miri peninsula conveniently. The ferry is also vital to the hospital emergency responses.
The Piasau Nature Reserve, situated at what was formerly Piasau Camp at the Miri Peninsula, was officially gazetted on 21st June 2014 as a result of public petitioning.
