101 Commercial Center is a new commercial center currently being built up next to Boulevard Commercial Center. Construction is due to be finished in 2016. Located by the Miri Pujut Highway next to Boulevard Commercial Center with fifty four units of three-storey shophouses. On the four corners each are high-rise office towers, of which are soon to be the Forestry Department, Agriculture Department and two Public Works deparment.
A 9-storey District Office Building and 5-storey Majlis Islam Sarawak Building is at the center end.

Yu Lan Plaza is the first all-glass high rise building in Miri. It is located in the midst of the old Miri town area, located next to the Miri Old Open Air Market. From far, Yu Lan Plaza is an easily recognizable landmark.
Also known as "America Road", "Reversed Road", "Opposite Driving Road" by the locals, the road where we drive on the left instead of the right, and is rightly a fairly controversial subject of contention regarding its road planning.
