Taman Seroja Food Center is located at junction along Jalan Setia Raja and Jalan Brooke. It is one of the older food centers in town selling muslim food and beverages and is popular patronage among many Mirians.
The center is open during the day, but is most popular at night.

The Weekend Flea Market is a weekend event at Permy Mall, a marketplace where a selection of used and new items can be found. The market starts at 10am in the weekend mornings and ends at 9.30pm. The Weekend Flea Market is held every Saturday and Sunday.

Rojak is a 'salad' of either fruits such as pineapples, and vegetables like cucumber , turnip, tofu, and fried dough, and mixed in shrimp paste and sprinkled with crushed peanuts. The taste is exotic and a fusion these fruits and is a favorite among Mirians.
