Steamed or roasted, chicken rice is everyone's favorite lunch meal - always fulfilling and always appetizing. The chicken is steamed or roasted till smooth and tender, chopped and garnished with a sprinkle of spring onions. Comes with rice cooked in chicken stock and a tangy chilli sauce.
