Morsjaya Commercial Center is located along Jalan Miri-Bintulu road and is one of the earlier townships located further from town in Miri and is still one of the busiest. Picture taken from Merdeka Mall.

The Miri Country Music Festival is a country music festival in Miri held once a year that showcases international country music bands that feature their rendition of rock, pop, contemporary, bluegrass and folk country tunes.
The Miri Long Jetty was a mile long and stretches out into the sea. This jetty was built so that cargo is easily offloaded from ships to Miri at the tip of the Miri Peninsular. The Long Jetty was a considerable place of interest in the 1970 to late 1990s.
Dynasty Hotel is strategically located right in the center of Miri. Within walking distance of leading shopping malls, government offices, banks and historical and modern places of interest and tourism spots. The airport is only a 15 minute drive away in clear traffic conditions.
