Kingsway Road

Miri Bypass Bridge is a bridge linking Permy directly to the bypass road to directly to Eastwood Industrial Area, Eastwood Golf Club, Miri Airport, or Taman Tunku. The bridge cut approximately 10 minutes of travel time from Permy area to Airport area simply by bypassing the rest of Miri via this route over the Miri River.

The old Miri General Hospital, which was located on the peninsular at the Miri river mouth had long been operated by oil company Shell, with financial assistant from the government.

Ba Kelalan Apple Fest is a festival to commemorate the Apple harvest in the highland located near the foot of Mount Murud. The first Apple Fest was held on March, 2007 for the 38th Apple Harvest, but the villagers have been actively involved in growing apples since 1986.
