A bowl of Kueh Chap normally contains herbal broth, pork meat, pork belly, pork intestines, fried tofu skin, boiled egg, 'you char kueh' (fried dough) and served with rice flakes.
A quick tasty dish for breakfast as well for supper and well recommended for those liking herbal soups. There are many sellers in different places around Miri, ask around for the most recommended.
