The second of two multistory car parks in Miri, the Unique Harvest Multi Story Car Park is a six floor parking complex that is run by a private company and caters to a much-needed demand for vehicular parking at the Miri Waterfront area.

Choon Cheong Departmental Store was two-story a supermarket/departmental store contained within its own building, a precursor to the 'hypermarket' of Miri today.
The Miri Recreation Club was one of the long line of clubs in Miri. Today the club doesn't exist any more, and the building the club was in now houses the Urban and Social Development Offices.
