A more recently built commercial center consisting of Phase 1 (2003) and Phase 2 (2009). Phase I now occupies what was once a Shell Materials Complex near where the old river mouth and ferry point used to be, and Phase 2 was built over part of what was once the GCM's field. The buildings at CenterPoint are 3 story shophouses with 4 stories at each corner.

Morsjaya Commercial Center is located along Jalan Miri-Bintulu road and is one of the earlier townships located further from town in Miri and is still one of the busiest.

Yu Lan Plaza - Glass Tower

Yu Lan Plaza is the first all-glass high rise building in Miri. It is located in the midst of the old Miri town area, located next to the Miri Old Open Air Market. From far, Yu Lan Plaza is an easily recognizable landmark.

Miri Balloons Mural

Painted with nothing more than spray paints and artistic skill, the Miri Balloon mural is an urban wall mural art painted on a blank wall in front of the High Street roundabout near the entrance to Time Square.
